I have built two of these fans in the front of my Antec Three Hundred. The installation is easy, screws included. I am not a "Silent" fanatics but to maximum speed they are quite noisy, so they run with me with just 1050 r / min and are virtually inaudible. The fan is connected to the CPU fan connector to the speed read is put another cable to the motherboard.

The only drawback I could find:
The cables are not particularly long, which in enclosures such as the Antec Three Hundred (PSU is mounted at the bottom) can lead to problems.

Nevertheless 5 stars Now he is in lower speeds for good airflow.

The fan also came in the original packaging, with 4 screws and 2 "Arctic" stickers. (Should serve as a decision aid, because I was not sure myself whether mounting hardware is included.)
