is a nice cooler is quiet and at 1800 Rpm
CPU is a FX-6300 I have run in the OC to 4000 MHz
the desktop 34 degrees
while working 44 to 50 degrees maximum scho is remarkable

from me what AM3 + As for Clear Kauenpfehlung but respect for desktop HTPC, it may be that it is too high so check first.
