Here a mandatory Pro / Contra List (My printer is the Canon IP4700):
+ Price (!)
+ Print smudged not solved after printing, as with many other cheap cartridges
+ Smells barely
+ Print quality good
+ Had never expiring cartridges
+ Chip always reliable
+/- Inks do not dry out as fast as one might expect of cheap cartridges. Have some pressure breaks of 1-3 months and had only small yellow and black needed a short start-up time.
- Slightly distorted colors. Everything seems a little darker, less tired. If you want to print photos and make the best out of them, then you prefer to buys original cartridges! Even with colorful tables the color never looks 100% exactly like on the computer screen. For tables, you can still cope.
- With quick pressure (standard quality), there are fringes at the edges - especially with text annoying. If, at high quality, the quality is good, but then takes at least 200% longer. Sometimes I print 100 pages at a time, it came to me as to the quality, would give up at today's device quality after 1 year probably my printer. Original cartridges can the better. This is the biggest shortcoming from my view.
CONCLUSION:
Much cheaper printers need ink than the originals - fact. Unless one is willing his car and to sell a kidney.
Prints are a lot of text and want to quickly print it, you have to compromise on quality make (fringes). Remedy provides a higher quality setting, but you have but a significantly slower print speed to accept. But I prefer from 1 star.
Another half a star I pull from the distorted colors. But otherwise everything is just right (not smeared, price), bleibts at 4 stars.
WARNING: The packaging is the IP4700 not applied (he was never), but the cartridges are working with the printer.
