What really bothered me: Although the envelope was in a plastic bag, but one side of the casing was completely dirty! There were lint with exposed adhesive - very unprofessional! You get it with much rubbing down though, but still you'd expect with a new purchase a perfect product!
Shipping was not as long as advertised (4 days after ordering it was there, according to Amazon, it should min. Take 8 days).
