Arrow Quick Stick with little reassuring slider mechanism

Today I would like to describe my experience with the Sandisk Extreme 64GB USB 3.0 Stick here.
I treated myself to two of them, as they were for 33 on offer.

A few days before they were delivered, I received two Sandisk Ultra 64GB USB 3.0 drives.
These were with write speeds of around 10MB / s one Deasaster! (See also my review it).

With the Sandisk Extreme Sticks plays in a completely different league.
These are now considered an absolute must for rats fast but yet affordable priced sticks.

The stick itself is long depending on the condition 7cm or 8cm. He is 2 cm wide and almost exactly 1cm high.
The weight is just 12 grams.

These dimensions of Sandisk is certainly not far ahead when it comes to portability, but he also does not fall sharply compared to the competition.

The surface is made of matte plastic, only the slider is made of high-gloss plastic and collects fingerprints diligently.

The slider mechanism itself immediately raises the question as to whether it could be a problem when granted by Sandisk lifetime warranty.
The whole system works, but has so much game that you have to worry about here to have a predetermined breaking point.

The real step forward makes the Sandisk Extreme clearly when it comes to performance.
I had, until recently, an external SSD with 128GB and have now missed the pace for so many times.
That was the main reason for buying the two Sandisk Extreme 64GB.
I just needed again fast removable media. And I can tell:
Target achieved absolutely!

The sticks are just outstanding fast!
A 4.2GB video file has been written in exactly 20 seconds for the two sticks. In order for this lie with 210 MB / s even slightly above the excellent anyway given 190 MB / s write speed.
The recovery lasted only 17 seconds and thus reach the sticks the specified 245 MB / s read speed also problems.
These values ​​are simply absolutely outstanding!

My conclusion for the Sandisk Extreme 64GB USB 3.0 Stick therefore falls almost 100% positive.
Only the wobbly and little confidence-slider mechanism and the strange warranty conditions (transport at his own expense to the Czech Republic!) Prevent the otherwise deserved 5 stars.

Tip:
To qualify for the lifetime warranty service, you should better advance the lower high-resolution photograph / scan, because there is, among other things, the serial number needed for a warranty claim.
And similar to receipts, you run the risk of illegibility after a few months of use, alone through the normal attrition.
You can write on the invoice, if it is not found there, the data of course.
