Article boring, but not working

I received this product on time.
dual USB socket on the cigarette lighter adapter is well designed.
Unfortunately, the charging cables are unusable, because a manufacturing defect prevents operation.
upon receipt of the defective product, so I informed Amazon.
and so, I look forward to (for 3 weeks) to receive my new article to try and evaluate it.
but today, I am disappointed not to use it.
