The x240 Original 45W power supply without cable weighs 178g, the Slim 65W with its 232g and 230g respectively orignal 65W without cable. Unfortunately, the orignal 45W and 65W power supply comes only with Mickey Mouse / Schuko plug. I've turned into a Mickey Mouse cable into a 30cm short with tabs but still then weigh power supply and cables still at 286g and 234g at 65w 45w power supply. The slim power supply already comes with tabs, with a 30cm cable kurze-kabel.de weighs only 262g it together. The volume of the power supply without any cables located at 65W at 139635 sq mm, mm² at Slim in 129675 and qmm at 45W at 69920.
If you have a 65W power supply requires the slim clear advantages, especially since it can easily be provided with a short flat connector cable and is lighter and smaller than the normal 65W power supply. But when one reaches the 45W power supply is recommended to simply make a flat connector to the cable and to cut it, so I'll be on 234g and the smallest volume.
