Hi. So the fan fits well with the laptop ASUS K52J; CoreI3 with GT640M and running again quietly to himself, and the temperatures are again within acceptable ranges. The delivery was quick, 3-4 days and was sufficiently packed. I hope the fan stops again 4 years :)
