Inexpensive, but only to 28% down regulated in the fan is idle. Then speed over 1450 1 / min. Much too loud. Too Bad.

After all, no Spulenfiepen.

2x SLI GTX970 stock and 4690K @ 4400 with 4k and max FPS: maximum power 430 watts gross. Not bad.

UPDATE: Bios mod tweater with Maxwell / NVFLASH I have the idle speed to 750 down.
