A few weeks ago I have again the various system camera tests studied in search of a possible "better" camera in the similar price range on the web.
I noticed the Olympus PEN E-PM1 eye. Small, light, very chic design, with good test results and reviews. It is usually a little higher rated than the NX11. And ... I got myself to get carried away and they've brought me.
I call myself a relatively sophisticated semi-professional amateur photographers. I am a graphic designer and uA need frequently-quality images. For that I have the NX, and a Canon 600D.
Of course I have the PEN immediately compared to the NX11. Absolute focus is with me the image quality, usability and quality follow thereafter.
AND ... the APS-C chip of NX can not cheat yourself. The pictures are simply better !! Severe heart's had to give the PEN again.
It may be that for example the Lumix G3 does even more, with the picture quality I have doubts.
I am very pleased with my nachwievor NX11.
Price, performance, quality and the operation of the camera fit easily.
Technically, they can anyway all I need. The automatic control works perfectly in bright light, usually but it is operated manually
She is always there where the Canon is too cumbersome.
APS-C is just APS-C!
Little things disturb it has certainly, as the automatic shutdown of the monitor when you go to the viewfinder with the eye, turns off very late (when it is very bright). But you can darken the light sensors something, then it fits again.
The lens cap could keep better.
All in all ... strong buy recommendation !!
