Even if the rates seem high, they are not required next to what is announced:

x1000 mean = 150 KB / sx 1000 = 150 MB / s (150 Kb / s reading speed of the first CD-ROM; this serves as a reference)
in reality: 85 MB / s read
write: 72-73 MB / s
The flow rates are constant over 3 video files representing 10.5 GB in total.

In fact 85 MB / s / 0150 kb / s = 566 x the card is a "x 600" actually read
While some information, provide explanations in addition, they are welcome.

I said that I have a reader usb 3.0 Tanscend TS-RDF8K I did the update on this occasion with the latest firmware.
Drivers Asmedia updated motherboard ASUS P8Z68 -V gen3 too.
Updates (especially drivers) have to win 13-15 MB / s read and almost 10 MB / s write.
