Automatic network provider code (pre-selection) could not be found

To select the Gigaset SX810 ISDN were the following advertised on the Gigaset website features essential:
a) high quality sound
b) low-radiation operation (ECO mode)
c) synchronization of the phone book on your PC
d) Automatic network provider code (pre-selection)

Since the phone is installed, I look in vain in the user guide, the telephone menu, or on the Internet, how to enable automatic network provider code and adjust the numbers. In my previously used Gigaset C45 no problem.
If anyone can help me, I am grateful. Siemens will not cheat at the specified functional features? Until the discovery of the pre-selection function only 3 points.

The other points are positive:
Ease of installation over ISDN wizard, significantly more intuitive menu navigation as with earlier Gigaset phones and really good sound quality. The synchronization works, but only with Outlook or the Windows Address Book is possible. A simple "back up" the gespeicheten in the phone phonebook data can not. The Eco Mode can be set in the action but difficult verifiable.
