Have bought the Fritz MT-F for my Fritz cable router, after I had difficulty connecting repeatedly with the existing Gigaset SL910A. My guess, it is not because of the Fritz box, more like Gigaset.
As for the Frith MT-F I am very satisfied. Instant plug and play, easy operation and handling.
Can I definitely recommend!
