Of course before the PROHIBITIVE price of brand inks, I more than once questioned the use of a generic ink ... and I've taken the plunge with generic "brand" ... identical cartridges for often poor results. I do not print daily, result, my print head nozzles are clogged. With my last printer (for 3 years) I only use original ink. Printing is still OK and faithful even after 15 days of no use, without having to make multiple cleanings, head alignment ... ink consumers. And with the paper of the brand, there is a little more quality. Taking advantage of promos, multipack ... as is the case here, it mitigates the cost of consumables.
