Warning! Do not work with PCI Express Connectland USB3 card (connected to an ASUS P7P55D motherboard) and dockpad Storeva USB3 HDD 2.5 "and 3.5". All hardware working fine also without this extension which however is more than a meter and with very good USB3 performance. With this extension the / hard drives are recognized by Windows 7 but lost permanently connection therefore unusable. If I put 2 stars and not one, is that I have no other USB3 equipment currently. It seems that for an extension which however is a meter there was reason to be skeptical about the quality of the product.
