Bad verification-Top product!

Unfortunately I got the software only in the evening, so I could not reach a free support, for example on Twitter more. This I had desperately needed, because the verification on the Uni is a disaster. In my case, the LMU Munich has been deposited with different spellings. I have three hours tried all imaginable ways, but it did not work out. There dozens of mails have been announced but not arrived. Therefore, I had to call on Saturday the paid Hotline, (duration 8 minutes) to get a confirmation code for verification. Then everything worked out well. For this reason, I have to deduct one point.
