Very good product, I already have two of these drives in a NAS server, and I have not yet had any problems with. The poor rating comes from Amazon, which has put more than 5 days to deliver the product (less than two days with competitors) and offers a calamitous packaging for a hard drive. It is hardly protected by a bubble wrap envelope and put in a box. Suffice to say that the disk has to undergo many shocks before arriving home. So very disappointed by Amazon, which does its job very badly.
