the owners of the D7100 are rather experts. But this book does not address the D7100's settings depth (hardly more than the manual). On the other hand, 30 pages are devoted to the basics of photography, which is useless for an expert. The chapters "thematic images" (70 pages) and "manage post production" (20 pages) have nothing to do in this book dedicated to the use of the D7100. These themes are many much more detailed books. In summary, 120 pages out of 300 did not bring me anything. This book is for beginners and flies over the technical possibilities of the D7100.
