I have the batteries for both our cordless phones (Siemens Gigaset) ordered because the existing batteries were slowly but surely running out. With these new Varta batteries now we have again the stamina of the devices, as they existed in the new acquisition, achieved. I have the new batteries before I put them in the phones and then entrusted the phone charging stations, properly loaded with a battery charger for the first time. As I said: The endurance dfer phones is back the way we want it.
Another (good) word for seller:
It looked at first so that the delivery seemed to be lost by post. I contacted the seller, who responded very quickly, competent and friendly and immediately and without discussion offered to supply the batteries again. Since I have really been through another in dealing with the customer, so I want to represent this customer-friendly behavior even here publicly.
