The service delivery and above all the batteries were top.
The charger worked on first load and the LEDs lit every four.
When trying 2.Receive and many times after that, neither charging nor shut the LEDs.
Too bad for the money for a Made in C.
Unfortunately, I have not previously seen and reasonable thought that I can do with a battery charger suitable for the Sanyo eneloop not go far wrong. The device will probably end up in the garbage.
The Eneloop batteries are top class - no question.
But not with this charger !!!

Therefore, no purchase recommendation.
