Battery arrived and charged already 52% !?

So this battery has not convinced me, I ordered it again and the same as it has arrived I have this battery in my phone purely done so without charge before and now he had something 53% so if he has already been used already. So trust I've got really lost in this battery and it is not much better as the originals Ca. the same maturity.
