Battery charges, no phone

Delivery was quick, packaging fine. the spare battery fits well into the charging station
and invites on within about 4 hours from zero to 100th
the Galaxy S3, however, does not fit well into the recess and it has a loose connection with the charging plug => the phone receives power only when I hand down press -. I have the impression that the plug is not fully conforming to standards after I bought the thing mainly for charging the spare battery, which is ok for me, especially as cell phone that indeed each time you want to give it in the ladestaion, from the protective bag 'shell out' must - as I plug rather easy a charging cable and is also good.
