Be careful when buying the CD - If you lose all the software is lost and must be purchased new

In my youthful folly, I ordered the CD version (the Premium Education). The reason was that at the same price as the download version, a headset beliegt. Since my PC at home but does not have a CD drive, I wanted to download the installation file from the manufacturer website. A code I'd get by mail soon.

Unfortunately, I realized that there is no download option. I asked the lady from the chat, telling me that this is actually not provided. Although you understand my frustration but I should like to address Amazon. There are only a backup CD for download if you have purchased the product in Nuace on the homepage. All other customers are out of luck. I poked again and asked what would happen if now broken the CD or perish, I can prove indeed that I have purchased the software legally and my code is valid for not more than two PCs. Again, one can unfortunately not help me to address myself to Amazon.

So I called Amazon. Although all the staff were very friendly and eager, I was back a few times between the Department of Broadcast Products and the download section and herverbunden, nearly an hour went thereby into the country - unfortunately without result. My concern was quite simple, I have asked that this title will be unlocked for me in the Download Center. If you buy a download, so you can download the installation file as many times later. Here of course you do not acquire the new product but gets only the installation file again. I would therefore with my code from home can access the purchased software again later. Unfortunately here Amazon introduced cross. Some understood my concerns do not, others told me in a CD and the MP3 version is not doing so. All right, but you're used to with other software. And for good reason: I do not pay for the disk but yes for the license to use so much money.

I - and that was the only suggestion I have received - that refuses to accept the article and sent him back. Instead, I bought the download version (same price without the headset). Unfortunately, here refer to each manufacturer and seller together, but nobody is willing to help. In a software in this price range I would have expected something else.
