I use the suspension as a substitute for a previous suspension by a 2 x 0.75 mm² plastic cable.
My lampshade weighs about 1.5 kg, and because I wanted to go with the steel cable on the safe side.
She has a great value for money, but the length adjustment of the rope I can find something fiddly.
