First, I said- was skeptical - the LED hype is usually overstated.
The lamps have a nice, not too cold light and a good light distribution. I have 3 lights installed (a 7 W) in a guest toilet - 2 could easily have passed.
The tiny delay (felt 1/5 sec) does not interfere, because the switch is outside.
