What should we expect?
This volume focuses mainly on pregnancy Brooke. Pregnancy that does not go well from beginning to end. At first she nearly lost the baby. By cons, she managed to pass the course of three months, ending the risk of early miscarriage. One would think that Remy would not be delighted by the prospect of becoming a father, but it's just the opposite. He never had a family. His parents rejected from his 10 years when the symptoms of bipolarity have emerged. Remy dreams of starting a family with the one he loves more than anything. He knows it will not always be easy as it passes regularly by depressive episodes and potholders but with the help of Brooke, he knows he will be a good father to this child.
Remy is really touching and endearing. It is enough for his wife and child. It's wonderful to see a man as strong and wild become a loving and caring father.
It also tracks changes Remy to reach the final fight between the Scorpio. Until the last moment, we hold our breath because Remy plunged into a deep depression that lasts several weeks. Whereas usually it manages to extract, here it can not. He will need a psychiatric treatment with electroshocks to get out of this torpor that could lead to suicide. I was deeply shaken by this aspect of his personality. I realize that the author has exaggerated the symptoms, however, bipolarity is a disease very hard to live. Remy continues to fight against this disease and we can only applaud his efforts and admire. This man has courage and strength of character that we all want to own.
The sex scenes are always very present and intense, without being vulgar.
About writing itself, I have noticed a lot of repetitions. There are even more than in the first volume. The beginning of the book is particularly heavy because of it. What I find unfortunate. I think that there is a replay problem.
The narrator is always Brooke that we follow all the physical adventures as psychological.
What I think:
Loved this volume the same way as the first.
The love story is beautiful, really. She is especially here that Remy will become dad. He loves his wife more than anything in the world and is particularly touching.
It is a lion, a lion strong, combative but also very sensitive.
It embodies the virility and softness under his mountain of muscle.
It's beautiful, period.
I'm glad I discovered these books that made me smile many times.

There is a third volume entitled Remy out and it would be the boxer who would then speak in the first two volume, this is Brooke narrator.
I obviously read this account 3rd tome! And I heard that come out in July 4th!
