Beautiful in design, but with quite a quirks.

Since 11/2 years I own the Sony Ericsson T650i, that was me at the time set for contract extension in the mobile shop downright fond.
Today I can not wait the next contract extension - and the fact that this phone will finally be history for me.
Here, the T650i is really beautiful in design, the keyboard seemed wonderfully easy to use and in general there seemed equipped with everything necessary.
But soon showed the quirks of the equipment: In the operation were found constantly in submenus again, in that you do not really want, which is clearly indicative of inadequate differentiation of the keyboard. Especially annoying that if you are just on text messaging, and suddenly lands in any new links, if you pressed the button the letter Delete a Milli-mu too far to the right.
This Macke drove me the one time or another almost livid. Even otherwise, operation and menu navigation are very cumbersome, opaque and little user-friendly.

In addition, the T650i frequently fell by software failures on - the phone crashed between starting over again and could be started again only if you took out the battery and lodged again. After an online conducted with the Sony Ericsson PC Suite software update, the device broke down completely and had even for technicians.

Conclusion: One should never be blinded from outer beautiful appearance, but seek as much information as price-performance comparisons and consumer judgments before entering the mobile phone shop. There is an ever foisted as a "summit of innovation" in the low price sector of the largest scrap. After many years had a Nokia phone before, I had let myself be persuaded to move to Sony - which I regret today total. My next phone will be a Nokia again. With the Sony menu, I could never get used over the entire period of use.
