I have long been looking for a relaxing music that can run as a wonderful background. And the ONLY Instrumental is .. The music has been deposited with nature sounds - like waves, birdsong etc. These are wonderfully integrated into the sounds, so that the sound quality is very harmonious. This music can walk for hours without nerves sometime or become drowsy. The songs are wonderfully matched to each other. So the tape can go through. For my work as a therapist, this CD is a MUST HAVE. I can run both as background music or even specifically championed relaxation exercises.
