Beautiful shoes - but unfortunately too narrow - width G - and the sales covered with leather

The size 40 normally fits into this shoe I came unfortunately only not into it. Probably it was because of the distance. I had ordered G. Unfortunately, the sale is covered with leather. Manufacturers should something better not do that, because this shoe can not use outside on the pavement, the leather on the heel would be damaged immediately at the first time, and then? The shoe is therefore only suitable for indoors.
