The shell has a diameter of about 14.5 cm and a height of about 7 cm. It comes with a beautiful, well-made flat pillows and matching felt beater. Striking means of Filzklöppels produces a gentle, deep tone, the pitch can be varied depending on whether one strikes rather in the middle or at the top. If one uses eg alternatively a leather clapper swinging the dish in higher tones and can thus expand the sound spectrum.
