because of "frustration free" packaging

Kaspersky is a good product for me, but there is a star deduction for the supposed "frustration free" packaging. The sadly is so spartan that not even the approach of this manual. And who is not familiar with something, is there really lost.
Who knows as a non-geek that it may be that the CD does not start automatically? And that they then selects about * work * and the appropriate drive and then the file "autorun.exe" manually start?
In the normal packaging a Quick Start Guide is about to "frustration free" with the package you're quite in a fix as a layman in such a case.
Without a nice helper who has guided me through the installation process, I would have a lot of frustration - despite "frustration free" packaging. One kanns with the economy also exaggerate!
