This is my fourth weather station, while the third with digitally readable barometric pressure reading and the first, in which you can adjust the local altitude and the initial air pressure. That was important to me because the other show either bar charts or "lunar values". While this does not affect the weather forecast, but is dangerous if you want to know something more than the wonderful cloud maps, which can be from the Internet for free now. As a sailor - in the vastness of the deep sea and no Internet - I want to know whether I am in a hurricane or within the "permitted" ... and still can hope!

There are now "fancier" weather stations, even with a color display and 220 volt power supply and Trallala. But I was looking for a battery-powered device for house and boat. I have hereby found - and "this" price. The build quality is OK, if the part and the saturated with salt and condensed air by holding long remains to be seen. At the "very stylish" digits of the display, I will get used to.

A good buy. Even if you have to pay the full price.
