In recent days we have been at home, I'm eager to test it!
WHAT I LIKE:
- The illustrations are aesthetically nice, make you want (without being "pedantic" I do not know how to say, the decor is actually feasible, simply by a beginner like me)
- Revenue & well-orchestrated ingredients according to taste, desires, quality,
- Recipes with pretty names that give immediately want! Examples: The Castafiore or the Goldorak (for children)
- The various possibilities, options data on some recipes.
- I still love the simplicity of the layout that allows for a non-scholar like me in the matter of having to follow the recipes, with precise doses ... and avoid, for example to take a fresh juice (this could happen to me in the past) because ginger dose was not accurate enough. Precisely, this evening, I tried the Diva juice (mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, orange, honey and fresh ginger! A balancing delight! Goal by the whole family! And that's the goal!)
I read the negative review that says the majority (see insinuates that all revenues include banana). Factually, I'm flip the book several times, it makes you wonder if the person does not err in his commentary.
Following this negative comment I calculated: HOW CAN ONE SAY
THERE HE THAT INCOME WITH BANANAS AS (after calculation on my part)
on only about 74 RECIPES 12 include banana ???
ON THE CONTRARY, this book is surprising by HIS ORIGINALITY and look forward to test the recipes for kids! which should be bringing us into the world of childhood!
Summary: from interesting explanations about what are the smoothies, juices .. usable tools ... More info about the virtues detox, treatment, regeneration and vitality ....
As for the recipes they are orchestrated in parts:
* Basic recipes
* Children's games
* Fluids
* The consistent
* Functional
* Festive
Hoping that my review will help you in your choice.
Sincerely
