This is definitely the best book on self-hypnosis that exists on the market today. Although it is short and can be read in a day, but it is very clear in his explanations. I recommend also much warmer than the "pad" by the same author (Olivier Lockert) - Hypnosis - as this last is more confused (full?) In the way the techniques are explained and its structure (hypnosis mixture and NLP). If you master Self-Hypnosis For Beginners, you will already be at the end of a book! In short, just excellent!
