Best Power Supply for microUSB and 0W in idle

I never had a better USB adapter. Without load the power supply draws lt. My Voltcraft Energy Logger 3500 0W. For other power supplies that I have the looks different! Also the AC power adapter when loaded with a Raspberry Pi + B incl. Camera module is just slightly warm, while others power supplies are hot.

ATTENTION Smartphone users: because of not bridged data lines invites your smartphone with this power supply may not in fast charge mode because it does not recognize that there are more than 500 mA is available.
