This product here is the only one I've found what all requirements fulfilled !! Most of the other digital audio switches are either operated manually, which me too cumbersome. There are also many reports of unreliability of such mechanical solutions. Then there are a few HDMI switches that would even come into question in theory. Many reviews say but that the displays are too bright. Also, I do not need a video switch. Other products are far too cheesy and just do not fit into my otherwise entirely black appliances. I was looking for a very simple product that looks simple and restrained, and it simply allows switching via remote control between 3 digital audio sources. And with this article I found it.
The product is very small and matte black! It perfectly fits my other devices! The build quality is very good! (Only the remote looks cheap. However, the I do not use because I use the Harmony universal remote). The device has very subtle green status LEDs - 1x for power and 1 each for the current channel.
By the way: The item is already in the Logitech database! It is therefore directly compatible with the Harmony !!!
