The cable is processed in itself good and very reasonably priced.
Material is also good (at least the sheath)
The Result:
The box works (what a surprise), but the sound is very dull and extremly quiet, a disadvantage which one also can not resolve with the sound card (Hab ne Creative Titanum). Noise due to poor shielding I could hear nciht.
Cinch cables are indeed meant to be used for shorter distances and this is noted here.
As stated, the quality is good, but it is unsuitable for practical application.
