First: my device is running without any problems, the Windows 8 interface is designed for Apple experienced users ev more intuitive than for users of older Windows versions..
Now I'm basically not so much the Apple friend. This applies less for the products per se, which can be difficult to speak ill, but rather for their company policy that is not so goes under my nose.
Ergo, my budget is so far i-free, but that's not the issue here.
Anyway, the notebooks / netbooks operated so far with Windows was more to gnashing of teeth, when you have, for example, compared the speed power-up with a MacBook.
This is different here, if you set the Quick Start, you're there already very close.
I have even older netbooks (a 3 years, the other only 6 months, Windows 2000, 7 Starter, Compaq and HP, Atom processors)
The difference between the two was evident, but nowhere near the class difference, which the Asus netbook brings.
What is better:
- Start up speed
- Wireless receiver to the farthest corners of our house
- Gestensteurung on a larger surface
- Light, slim, good battery life, HDMI, USB 3.0,
- Good workmanship, much better speakers
- Graphical resolution (finally I bring u-tube videos full format on the full HD television on)
But: That's still a netbook comparisons with multiple expensive notebooks or MacBooks are relatively meaningless, so the dragons, etc. suitable only conditionally for grafiklastige tasks - if at all.
But for a netbook, it is in my opinion good to very good!
Strong buy recommendation!
