I can say here: CAUTION!
The headphones were intended as a gift, therefore, only the ordering process:
It was promised delivery within 4-7 working days. I find already relatively long but oh well was indeed previously communicated so.
After 12 business days after no package had arrived, I sent an email to the seller.
This also responded relatively quickly with the message:
"I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received the goods.
At the moment it looks as if your parcel lost in the post. To ensure that we receive your correct address, please confirm the address below so that we can send you a replacement:
XXX (address)

On the same day, however, I got a package in the post card to pick something up. So it was not lost. It only took a very long time and for the following reason:
The package hung in Hamburg at customs! I had to pay 6:48 euros tax at the post office before I could take my package in reception / allowed. So be careful! This is in the article description nothing to read!
The product itself was intended as a gift, so this is only a short feedback from the "recipient":
- Sound is good, volume is bad! Even for both settings to MAX gets you back no good volume.
- Product is at 5. Now use broken, which is defective in & off switch
So beware of this product (on third) and beware of the seller (own experience).
Back Send to costs the UK also lots of extra postage to the buyer bears.
