Beware STEAM!

If like me, you have an internet connection in just a little flow, STEAM risk frankly annoy you; especially for a game that is essentially playing solo!
I was hoping to have only a formality STEAM overlooked to install and run my game ...
Alas! Hardly entered and validated, my game was not installed with the DVD ... requires a Steam update + 1 HALF DAY before I could start the game !!! In fact, ALL STEAM download the game from its platform instead of using the DVD inserted. Even trying to revive installation disk, it does not work: the installation screen indicates that the game is already installed ...
If I was ready to spend several days download this game, I would not split me to buy these DVD !!!
With STEAM, you do not have an option to install the game on the partition of your choice (this problem only affects PC whose hard drive has been partitioned installation). Try to install STEAM on the largest partition (the one where you put your games) if you do not want to end up like me with a C: partition saturated!

That is why I have set as 3 star this game. After a little more than 24 hours to update, I started playing TotalWar Empire is a beautiful strategy game. I dread the moment you install Napoleon TW ... STEAM update How long is he going to impose myself before I could start the game?
