Big reputation on the internet, in practice much less than Spyderco

If there were the DC4 in the world (or DC3, even more portable for a small blade), this would be the best: a diamond face for large and medium ceramic alterations to treat most steels. But then, there are other brands and known brands such as Spyderco produce materials of much higher quality in a range of equivalent price.

What characterizes these DC3-4 models from my point of view (because experience I've always found a stone to another):
- A diamond face that wears quickly.
- And who separates from the ceramic part: a coup d'araldite and it's done, but for the best quality we can forget ...
- A ceramic surface which is not flat: laughing.
- Who wears a ridiculous speed.
- Do not count on it to curved blades, stone angles wear faster.
- The grain is frankly not great.

In short, an overrated reputation on the net, but in the real world closer quality Chinese that mystical northern forges ... So yes, if we have it, we will be content with a smile. But honestly, that is poor. It's not worth a stone Spyderco equally light but ultra reliable and durable, incidentally flat with a perfect level of finishing and fine grain. Or a simple bar of 204 folded in a cloth to avoid shocks that will not take up more space and will also be effective for a retouch Opinel in the field, such as DC4, but also any other type of blade, without screw up the thread and giving it a sharp razor.
