Big scam - to flee

The charger I got to recharge my Motorola moto G is completely defective. Once the charger plugged into the wall outlet, it begins to sizzle loudly and made disturbing noises. Once you plug the phone above it starts to crackle even stronger. I can not use this product because it will screw up all my wiring and my phone. I'm scammed with this very low-end product imported from Asian countries, which is certainly not seen the standards the noise it generates.
