Sigma 70-300mm 4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon had acquired a week ago a Canon 1000D, and only had the small Canon kit lens case, but still wanted an inexpensive telephoto - lens purchase to practice and thus much my choice on the Sigma 70-300mm 4-5.6 DG MACRO lens. As a beginner, I can of course only subjectively contribute my opinion and this is hard to describe! Am completely satisfied with this lens, the processing is high quality and the images have been praised by many friends. The colors and sharpness are good for a lens in this price range.
