The power supply cord is 140cm long, this information is missing, unfortunately, in the description. I can not detect any noise under full load. Long-term experience, I have not yet, unfortunately. --- Addendum: A few hours later I have my long-term experience. The power supply was very hot when connecting to my tablet. A few minutes later flashed the LED of the power supply and the tablet indicated that it was not loaded. I left the power adapter, so I thought it was switched off for safety and would turn it back on when it has cooled down. Later, however, the LED went completely out and the power supply was dead. Even hours later, it is no longer functional. Of course, the power supply is running when loading a tablet at the limit, but that should not cause it blows. Goes back directly. It may be that the power supply does a good job as long as the current is lower. In particular, when used in the Raspberry Pi is expected but if you connect USB devices, also quickly reach the limits of the power supply.
