Nothing is easier than installing a PCI-e card:
- Turn off your PC, open your turn;
- Insert the controller card into the PCI-e port on the motherboard (you can not go wrong, the format guide you);
- Connect a power cable to the card (ditto: Can not go wrong);
- Close your turn, restart the PC;
- Install the drivers (supplied CD-ROM), restart the PC.
Voilà!
You now have 4 REAL USB 3.0 ports that will save you a lot of time on your disk to disk transfers, provided your external drives are USB 3.0.
I do not give a transfer rate of value because this data varies depending on the data you are moving: it is faster to move a 1GB file than moving 1 million files 1KB.
This card does its job, like other cards of the same type that I could move to the right or left. to about 15, it is properly placed level price.
