I've always been an avid soundtrack lovers. But there are soundtracks and there soundtracks. Many a film music is nothing without the film they accompanied, it is not suitable to just listen, to dream, to go by as an accompaniment to work-out, or the movie again in the mind's eye. And there are soundtracks that are all at once, which can not be forgotten. The legend is as the movie itself. This soundtrack is one that you can even love when you have not seen the movie. James Horner has used as his own personal style of film music, strings, horns, flutes and percussions in a very subtle way. Irish-Celtic / Scottish tones are somehow incorporated into the movie theme. His scores give a film atmospheric density and a Spirit, as if you had all the experience in the film itself, or would remember. His music moves, creates depth and emotion, can also whip up. Braveheart is one of the absolute top films of the 90s, the soundtrack is well. Here you would have to give 10 stars without mercy. The CD "More Music from Braveheart" you should get well. There are some pieces of the film that are not included on this CD and the most incisive dialogues in English. Well done! A strong CD not only for Soundtrack lovers, but others might whet your appetite of film music.
