Actually, a good lamp, light enough not to slide for most and good rubberized tapes. Unfortunately, there is behind the lamp body no continuous bands that breathe well, but a soft foam pad that rests close to the end (as with many cheap lamps). Since this pad breathes null sweats you including horribly after one minute. It is sticky and uncomfortable in a very short time at the end. Taking then a lamp with continuous bands, you notice immediately how much more pleasant it is. The can wear forever. Very sad, would have something stuck in between what better breathing (z. B. fabric). The lamp ansich has a good quality. For the poorly dissolved pad a star deduction. The adjustment mechanism is as already described elsewhere in fact too rough. The optimum intermediate position is missing, leaving the lamp is too high or too low beams. But that is only slightly unpleasant and should be evaluated by a half-point deduction.
