The description does not lie by saying that the lighting is ultra-light. The ribbon emits a very bright light formwork without being aggressive. Placed in a room of 15 meters, it illuminates very well (24 Watts). One can even read if we place nearby. The transformer has him tendency to heat. The tape also heats a little (we feel that exudes a warmth) but it is more than reasonable. The tape is certified IP 65 which means it can be used outdoors and is waterproof to water spray (it will not be immersed by cons). If the ribbon is IP 65, this is not the case that it will protect the transformer for outdoor use. This tape is breakable (if you want to shorten or lengthen for example) but the connections are not provided with. One can thus cut every 3 LEDs at the location denoted by a pair of scissors.
Convenient, easy to use and really beautiful warm white color, this tape is really nice to illuminate a room. It's just a shame that it is not supplied with fittings and it has no switch.
