Bring the necessary spice to food

As a huge fan of Thai / Southeast Asian food I wanted to finally have the necessary condiments at home.
Since the standard sauce should be familiar to anyone I decided sometimes try other varieties. I have not tried all, but the taste that have made it to my food as they should.

Since it is here on the personal taste, it's hard to write a review. Among the "other tastes" of sauces, however, to say that this standard sauce basically the same, but have strong nuances in the indicated direction, precisely at the right intensity.

Is ideal for flavoring sauces, soups, stews and pans, as well as directly to grilled or roasted.
