The sound itself is ok. However, in normal use, when putting on the headphones the strap is broken. I then directly at the Sony Customer invoked to describe the event. The friendly staff has assured me that the damage is covered by a 2 year warranty and that I should send the headphones for repair to the service center Baumeister GmbH & Co. KG. I've also done properly and promptly received an invoice from 77.86 euros. This corresponds to 50% of the purchase price, which is totally covered. This is simply outrageous because I was assured directly from Sony that no costs are incurred for myself.
Are you the inferior workmanship and the weak support by Sony aware if you do these headphones still buys.
